The NGP History Project

The NGP History Project is a 501c3 non-profit organization that explores the history, research, and events concerning the National Guard of Pennsylvania from 1866 - 1917.

We accomplish this through educational programming, publishing research, sharing imagery, and living history events.

Historic Preservation

Here is a way that YOU can DIRECTLY IMPACT our preservation & education mission!

We love sharing our artifact collection with you online, but we also like to take items out on the road to events, even loaning them out for long-term exhibits around the state.

We are in need of additional archival materials to house our growing collection. If you are so inclined, please visit the Amazon link below to see some of the items that we are looking for. Amazon will take care of getting your donation sent over to us.

Your donation is TAX DEDUCTIBLE, so please send us an email to NGPHistoryProject@gmail.com with a copy of your order and we will send you a donation letter for your taxes.

PayPal Giving Fund

Our 2023 Preservation and Education Campaign was operated through the "GoFundMe" platform, but for 2024, we decided to take out the "middleman" and simplify things by using the PayPal Giving Fund as the mechanism to accept monetary donations.
